TubaWinUI3 CE

TubaWinUI3 CE is a free, open-source Windows utility for PC hardware testing, diagnostics, and system maintenance. It bundles 82 external tools (CPU-Z, GPU-Z, CrystalDiskMark, FurMark, AIDA64) alongside 20 built-in utilities, offering real-time hardware monitoring, performance benchmarking, disk health analysis, and system optimization. The project describes itself as a community rebuild of the original toolbox, designed for PC enthusiasts who need comprehensive diagnostics in one offline application.

Built with WinUI 3 and featuring native Windows 11 design, the toolkit includes an AI assistant for system operations, format conversion utilities, gaming tools with overlay support, and network diagnostics. It supports x86, x64, and ARM64 architectures, with zero data collection and completely offline operation. The application is extensible—users can add custom tools to the Tools directory.
