Tavotto is a free, open-source desktop editor for matplotlib figures on Windows and macOS. It reads figures as native matplotlib objects rather than pixels, allowing you to select and adjust titles, legends, curves, axes, and layout directly on the canvas. All edits are saved as separate overrides alongside the original Python script, which remains unmodified. Re-run the script with new data and previous edits reapply automatically. Built with Claude Code.
