session-migrate is a CLI tool that transfers coding agent sessions across 18 different AI coding harnesses, preserving conversation history and context. Developers can switch between Claude Code, Codex, Pi, OpenCode, Copilot, Cursor, Devin, and others while resuming work from the exact same point. The tool handles native session formats, runs migrations with dry-run verification, and outputs native resume commands for each target agent.
It supports session inspection, catalog searching by title or date, and fresh session creation for same-agent transfers. Installation is available via curl, uv, or pipx for Linux with Python 3.11+. The maker built it with Claude Code.
