saasmail is a self-hosted email inbox platform designed for SaaS teams to manage customer communications in one place. It consolidates marketing, transactional, and support emails into a single per-customer timeline, giving team members full context when responding. The project was built using Claude Code for onboarding and deployment automation.
The platform runs entirely on Cloudflare Workers, requiring only a domain and Cloudflare account to operate. It integrates with multiple email providers including Cloudflare Email Sending, Resend, Bavimail, and Postmark. Features include per-customer inboxes, email templates, sequences, suppression management, API keys, webhooks, and MCP server support.
