Rackpad
Self-hosted infrastructure inventory and operations for homelabs
Visit rackpad.net ↗What is Rackpad?
Rackpad is a self-hosted workspace designed for managing homelabs, network rooms, and lab environments. It unifies physical infrastructure (racks, devices, ports, cables), logical networking (VLANs, IPAM, DHCP), operational monitoring (health checks, discovery, alerts), and documentation into a single application. The project describes itself as built with React, Fastify, and SQLite in one Docker container.
The core feature is a visual topology diagram that displays your entire environment as an interactive, movable network map with cable routes and health overlays. It supports 24 languages, role-based access control, SNMP monitoring, device discovery, and local backups—all without cloud dependencies or telemetry.
