Degoog
Self-hosted search aggregator that queries multiple engines at once
Visit degoog-org.github.io ↗What is Degoog?
Degoog is a privacy-focused search tool you run on your own server. It accepts a single query, sends it to all your enabled search engines simultaneously, aggregates the results by unique URLs, scores them, and displays a merged list. Your searches never reach corporate servers, and no tracking follows you across sessions.
The core is intentionally minimal, with nearly all functionality provided through extensions: custom search engines, autocomplete providers, transports (request strategies like curl or headless browsers), plugins (bang commands, panels, calculators), themes, and keyboard shortcuts. Users install these from git repositories through the built-in Store. The application ships with zero engines pre-installed and guides new users through setup on first run.
