cliamp
Terminal music player supporting Spotify, Tidal, YouTube Music, podcasts, radio
Visit cliamp.stream ↗What is cliamp?
cliamp is a full-featured music player that runs in the terminal, inspired by Winamp. It streams from Spotify, Qobuz, Tidal, YouTube Music, SoundCloud, Mixcloud, and over 58,000 internet radio stations, while also supporting self-hosted servers like Plex, Jellyfin, Emby, and Navidrome. Users can manage playlists, apply a 10-band equalizer, choose from 31 visualizers, view synced lyrics, and extend functionality with Lua plugins.
The player unifies all these sources through a single interface—local files, podcasts, and radio all work alongside streaming services. It runs on Linux, macOS, and Windows, with an optional Android mobile client. The project was built using Go with libraries including Bubbletea, Lip Gloss, Beep, and go-librespot, and is MIT licensed.
