AIQuotaBar
Track Claude and ChatGPT usage limits live in your macOS menu bar
Visit yagcioglutoprak.github.io ↗What is AIQuotaBar?
AIQuotaBar displays your Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and Copilot usage quotas directly in the macOS menu bar with live reset countdowns and pace warnings. The app reads existing browser sessions automatically—no API keys, tokens, or configuration needed. It shows session limits, weekly caps, and Sonnet quotas in a single dropdown, with color-coded indicators that turn orange then red as you approach limits.
Built as a lightweight native macOS application (~900 lines of Python running as a LaunchAgent), it requires no Electron or browser extensions. The maker says it was built with Claude Code. Installation takes one command, and the app updates usage every five minutes with optional notifications to warn you before hitting quota walls.
