RETINUE is a self-hosted task orchestration board designed for humans and AI agents to collaborate on shared work items. Each task card has a single holder, acceptance criteria, and an append-only receipt chain that serves as the audit record. The system runs locally via Docker Compose or Python, with no hosted control plane or telemetry, keeping all data in a single directory.
The board supports Claude Code, Codex, and MCP-capable agents claiming and completing work through the same card protocol as humans. Status changes are recorded as receipts rather than chat logs. It includes instant messaging adapters for Lark and Feishu, with plans for WeCom, DingTalk, Telegram, and Slack. Built with Claude Code.
