OpenMontage is an open-source, agentic video production system that handles creation and editing across video, images, audio, animation, and 3D. Users start with an idea or existing material and direct the production through eight stages: brief, research, script, scene plan, a review gate, narration, music composition, and render. Each stage runs as an agent task, with full visibility into decisions and the ability to modify outputs at any point. Built with Claude Code and Windsurf.
