repo-harness is an open-source CLI tool that converts AI coding sessions into repeatable, repo-local workflows. Instead of relying on chat memory, it stores plans, handoffs, and review evidence as files in your repository, allowing sessions to resume from exactly where they left off. The tool works with Claude, Codex, and ChatGPT Pro, and includes features like isolated worktrees, approval gates, and a single-screen review interface.
