Quickdraw
MIT-licensed infinite-canvas whiteboard SDK for React and web
Visit tryquickdraw.com ↗What is Quickdraw?
Quickdraw is a free, open-source whiteboard SDK that lets developers embed a complete drawing surface into React, React Native, or plain JavaScript applications. It features pressure-sensitive ink, hand-drawn shapes, real-time sync via JSON diffs, palm rejection, infinite canvas navigation, and sticky notes—all with zero dependencies and a ~25 kB bundle size. The project was built using Claude Code, according to the repository.
Designed for teams wanting an MIT license with no fees or license keys, Quickdraw supports commercial use forever. It includes pressure ink that responds to stylus pressure or mouse velocity, shapes with editable labels, arrows with draggable bends, image embedding, laser pointer for presentations, and full undo/redo. The integration is straightforward: install via npm, render the component, and call store.getSnapshot() for persistence.
