Poirot
Native macOS app to browse and analyze your Claude Code sessions
Visit poirot.fyi ↗What is Poirot?
Poirot is a SwiftUI companion application for macOS that helps developers understand what Claude Code has done during each session. It displays session history grouped by project, visualizes token usage and costs across models, shows rate-limit status, and renders code diffs and tool invocations with syntax highlighting. The app works entirely offline without login or tracking, reusing the OAuth token Claude Code already stores locally.
Designed for developers who use Claude Code daily and want detailed visibility into their AI coding sessions, Poirot offers analytics dashboards, fuzzy search across conversations, multi-agent session grouping, and a GitHub-style contribution heatmap. The maker built it in a weekend using Claude Code itself, and released it as open-source MIT software under 6 MB in size.
