诗云 Poetry Cloud

Poetry Cloud is an interactive three-dimensional visualization where each historical Chinese poet appears as a star and every poem has spatial coordinates. Users can navigate the star field, click on poets to read their works, and explore relationships between writers through a gift-poem network that traces dedications and responses across centuries. The void between stars generates infinite possible poems through algorithmic composition.

The project includes search by poem text, reverse lookup by encoded poem numbers, and filtering by dynasty and poetic form (five-character/seven-character verse, regulated/free forms). All computation and rendering happens in the browser as static files. The maker built it with React, Three.js, and TypeScript, inspired by Liu Cixin's short story "Poetry Cloud" and Borges's "Library of Babel."
