Folia is an online music player that centers on full-screen, animated lyrics as the primary visual experience. It supports multiple music sources including NetEase Cloud, KuGou, QQ Music, Navidrome, and local libraries, with intelligent lyrics matching and AI-generated color themes that adapt to song mood and content. The player offers various fullscreen lyric animation modes and a minimal interface free from social feeds and distractions.
Available as both a web application deployable to Vercel or Cloudflare, and as an Electron desktop client for Windows, macOS, and Linux. The desktop version natively supports system media control protocols (SMTC and MPRIS) and includes an experimental modular system for extending functionality with custom lyric animations and backgrounds.
