Pax Universe is a strategy game for Windows, macOS, and Linux where players issue commands in natural language to govern countries, colonies, or survivor groups. The game parses orders into concrete steps and timelines, then simulates consequences using formulas with visible numbers—resources, treasury, corruption, laws, climate, armies, and demand. An AI network generates narrative elements like fate cards and leader letters after time jumps, but does not determine outcomes. The game includes 1200+ Earth provinces, ~60 celestial bodies, 27 historical epochs, diplomacy, terraforming, and multiplayer via PaxNet, a mod library handling rooms, lobbies, messaging, and world synchronization.
