OpenSRE
Memory-first AI SRE that autonomously investigates production incidents
Visit opensre.in ↗What is OpenSRE?
OpenSRE is an open-source, self-hosted AI agent designed to automate incident investigation in production environments. It combines episodic memory to recall past investigations with a Neo4j knowledge graph that maps service dependencies and blast radius. The platform integrates with 51+ observability tools including Datadog, Grafana, Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, and PagerDuty, and can be triggered via web console, Slack, or Teams.
Built with Anthropic's Claude API (provider-agnostic via optional LiteLLM proxy), OpenSRE reduces mean time to detection and eliminates manual context-switching between monitoring tools. It learns from each investigation to improve future incident response, addressing the tribal knowledge problem when experienced SREs leave teams. Licensed under Apache 2.0.
