Openship
Self-hostable deployment platform with built-in CI/CD and AI agent support
Visit openship.io ↗What is Openship?
Openship is an open-source deployment platform that automates building, shipping, and routing applications from git push to live. It supports multiple stacks including Node, Python, Go, Rust, and Docker, and can run on your own servers, a VPS, homelab, or Openship Cloud with zero lock-in. The platform offers a desktop app for solo developers, a self-hosted server for teams, and a managed cloud option.
Key features include automatic stack detection, immutable versioned builds, one-click rollbacks, free auto-renewing SSL, private networking for databases and services, and an AI agent interface via MCP. There is no agent or daemon required on production servers—deployments stream over SSH and run as fresh containers. The project indicates it was built with Claude Code.
