Open Executive is a self-hosted application that provides an AI-powered executive assistant for leadership and management tasks. It combines nine specialist AI agents—covering strategy, finance, HR, legal, operations, marketing, product, sales, and board communications—into a single coherent executive voice. The system maintains memory of past decisions across sessions and can proactively surface follow-ups.
Designed for busy leaders, Open Executive integrates with tools already in use including Slack, Discord, Telegram, email, Google Workspace, and Notion. A key feature called "Act as me" lets leaders draft emails in their own voice from their Gmail for review before sending. The project describes itself as built with FastAPI and Next.js, and a managed cloud hosting option is coming soon.
