Genomi

Genomi is an open-source runtime that integrates with AI agents like Claude Code, Codex, and others to help users understand their personal genomic data. It parses raw DNA files into a local, queryable database and provides access to genetics evidence libraries including ClinVar, PharmCAT, and polygenic risk scores. The tool handles pharmacogenomics, nutrigenomics, carrier status, and inherited condition analysis.
