Foreman
A build playbook that turns coding agents into website project managers
Visit foreman.turkialshuaibi.com ↗What is Foreman?
Foreman is a markdown-based playbook designed to guide AI coding agents through a structured process for building and shipping websites. Rather than letting agents generate sites based on defaults, Foreman enforces a deliberate workflow: it interviews the user, locks design decisions and visual systems before any code is written, produces a detailed build brief, then manages verification, deployment, and indexing.
The tool works with any coding agent—Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot, and others—by providing a folder of markdown templates and gates that the agent follows. Each of the eight steps (orient, decide, lock design, write brief, build, verify, ship, index) must pass before proceeding. Foreman itself contains no scripts or network calls, making it portable and transparent.
