flux9s
Terminal UI for real-time monitoring of Flux GitOps resources
Visit flux9s.ca ↗What is flux9s?
flux9s is a terminal interface designed for operators managing Flux CD deployments. Inspired by K9s, it provides live visibility into Flux resources, controller health, and cluster state without leaving the shell. The tool watches Kustomizations, HelmReleases, GitRepositories, and other Flux resources in real time, offering keyboard-first navigation, YAML inspection, event tracking, and quick actions like suspend, resume, and reconcile.
The interface uses Kubernetes Watch API for efficient monitoring, keeping API usage light on larger clusters. It displays controller readiness, reconciliation history, and workload ownership chains. flux9s complements browser-based dashboards by offering a terminal-native workflow for operators who prefer shell-based cluster management. The maker built it using Claude Code.
