Florilegium proof
Procedurally generated Delft-blue floral margins for LaTeX, Typst, and SVG
Visit kevinraymond.github.io ↗What is Florilegium proof?
Florilegium generates decorative page margins with hand-authored and procedurally-grown floral designs. Every petal, leaf, and stem is computed in Lua as a parametric curve, painted with watercolor effects, and rendered directly into PDFs without external assets. The project includes two approaches: authored compositions with fixed placement, and grown margins that adapt to page layout and remaining text space.
Designed for LaTeX users who want customizable, mathematically-generated borders. Includes a browser playground to preview margins and export as SVG, LaTeX preamble, or Typst setup. Built with Claude AI assistance.
