coordinate-agents
Local-first coordination protocol and runtime for multi-agent AI coding
Visit hogancv.github.io ↗What is coordinate-agents?
Coordinate Agents is a workbench for managing multiple AI coding agents in Git repositories without requiring external servers or shared infrastructure. It uses a local project-scoped message bus and adapter-based runtime to coordinate agents like OpenAI Codex and Google Antigravity, supporting both lightweight web-based collaboration and structured task workflows with durable records.
The tool offers two modes: Web Workspace for quick paired terminal sessions, and Structured mode via Codex Plugin, CLI, or MCP for task graphs, review workflows, and explicit recovery. All state remains local to your repository, with explicit user authorization required for commits and pushes.
