Toonflow

Toonflow is an open-source AI creative platform designed for producing short dramas, animated series, and short videos. It integrates script writing, asset management, image and video generation into a single infinite canvas workspace. The platform uses a multi-agent architecture where specialized AI agents handle directing, screenwriting, storyboarding, character consistency, and quality control, simulating a complete film production team.

The tool supports local deployment on Windows and macOS with no subscription fees, and allows users to connect third-party image and video generation models or run local ComfyUI and LLM instances. It handles batch processing of novels into complete videos, maintains character consistency across scenes, and outputs in both vertical (9:16) and horizontal (16:9) formats for different platforms.
