Comp AI CRM is an open-source, agentic-first customer relationship management system designed for sales teams. Rather than bolting AI onto traditional CRM forms, it inverts the model: the agent is the primary actor, and the CRM is where it keeps its notes. Agents autonomously read team inboxes, enrich company and contact records, research prospects, and schedule their own follow-ups on independent deployment and schedule.

The system emphasizes evidence-based record-keeping—agents report only observed facts rather than confidence scores, with strong evidence writing directly to records and weaker signals becoming human-reviewed suggestions. Users describe desired processes in natural language, and agents can generate sub-agents to handle specific workflows. The project indicates it was built with Claude for agent development.
