Clumsies
Collaborative memory platform for AI coding agents and engineering teams
Visit clumsies.ai ↗What is Clumsies?
Clumsies is a macOS application that provides shared memory infrastructure for teams using AI coding agents. It stores architectural rules, constraints, and project context in Markdown-backed Memory objects that agents can retrieve and propose changes to, keeping this knowledge outside individual agent runtimes and accessible across the team.
The platform uses hybrid search (BM25, vector search, and reranking) to activate relevant guidance on demand. All Memory changes go through peer review and Git-semantic commits before becoming authoritative team knowledge. It supports multiple AI coding tools including Claude Code and OpenAI Codex, and can be self-hosted with PostgreSQL and OIDC authentication.
