It lets you browse and resume past sessions by project and branch, switch between Claude accounts, track token usage across timeframes, and manage MCP servers, skills, hooks, and custom commands—all without editing JSON files or hunting through terminal scrollback.
The extension is 100% local-first with zero telemetry or network calls. It works across VS Code, Cursor, Windsurf, and other code editors. The maker built it with Claude Code.
