AgileFlow is a skill manager and compatibility layer that lets you install workflows once and use them across Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, OpenCode, Gemini, and other coding agents. Skills are stored as standard Markdown files in your repository, versioned through a lock file, and evaluated with built-in test cases. You can fork or customize any skill without fighting updates.
Designed for developers who want to extend their coding agents without framework lock-in or repository takeover. AgileFlow handles installation, updates, and verification while your agent continues its normal work. It's free, open source under MIT license, and installable via npm.
