Switchman
Merge confidence checker for parallel AI coding sessions
Visit switchman.dev ↗What is Switchman?
Switchman detects semantic drift and interface mismatches when multiple AI coding agents work in parallel on the same codebase. It scans worktrees after agents finish and returns a green/amber/red confidence score before code reaches main, catching bugs that compile and pass tests but break in production. Works with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and Aider.
The tool runs as a single command with zero setup, reading what each agent built and checking for overlaps and coherence issues. When uncertain, it reports that state rather than falsely clearing unsafe merges. Open source under MIT license, it uses Node.js built-in SQLite and can be installed globally via npm.
