SocratiCode

SocratiCode is a codebase context engine designed to give AI assistants deep semantic understanding of your entire codebase. It indexes code, dependency graphs, database schemas, API specs, and architecture documentation, then provides that unified context to whichever AI tool your team already uses—Claude, Copilot, Cursor, or others. The engine combines hybrid search, cross-repo querying, symbol-level impact analysis, and interactive visualization.

Available as both an open-source version and a hosted cloud service (currently in private beta), SocratiCode handles large enterprise codebases with zero configuration. It automatically indexes on every push across all branches, keeps non-code knowledge in sync, and maintains full privacy with source code cloned ephemerally during indexing. Deployment options include hosted, VPC, or fully air-gapped setups.
