ScholarAIO is a research infrastructure that equips AI coding agents with structured academic capabilities. It provides durable context around the research process: evidence management, project state, reusable skills, CLI operations, and verification. The system handles PDF ingestion via MinerU, hybrid search combining keyword and semantic methods, citation graphs, BibTeX export, and literature exploration across multiple sources including arXiv and OpenAlex.

Designed for researchers working with AI agents, ScholarAIO organizes papers into workspaces, enables paper translation, generates research insights from reading behavior, and routes academic writing tasks. Built with Windsurf and Claude Code, it integrates optional external tools while maintaining clean degradation when unavailable.
