Visit rouler.io ↗What is Rouler?
Rouler is a Windows network utility that lets you direct each application's traffic through a specific network interface of your choice. You can run multiple VPN clients simultaneously—WireGuard, Tailscale, OpenVPN, Mullvad, or AmneziaWG—and route different apps through different tunnels. It works at the network layer without replacing your VPN clients, which continue running normally.
The tool is built on a custom Rust-based Windows network driver designed to be lightweight and minimally invasive. It includes an activity view showing every connection, which rule matched it, and where traffic was routed. Rules can target applications, Windows services, destination IPs, or subnets. Rouler is currently in free public beta.

How do we know it's vibe coded?
vibetrend discovered Rouler automatically. Evidence: Show HN "Show HN: Rouler – Steer Windows traffic per app or IP across multiple interfaces": “If I had tried to vibe code it Rouler simply wouldn't exist”. View source.
