It installs a DESIGN.md specification containing your brand philosophy, design tokens, component contracts, and accessibility rules—all in a format agents like Claude Code and Cursor can reference during development.

It generates an interactive local reference book showing tokens alongside their design decisions, state matrices with reasoning, and live contrast validation.
