memory-bank-skill
Persistent memory and dev toolkit for AI coding agents across sessions
Visit fockus.github.io ↗What is memory-bank-skill?
memory-bank-skill solves the stateless nature of AI coding agents by providing a durable memory layer that persists project context, engineering rules, and work history between sessions. It maintains a .memory-bank/ directory containing status, plans, specs, decisions, code graphs, and session records that agents read at startup and update as they work.
The tool supports eight AI coding agents including Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, and Cline. It enforces TDD and clean architecture rules, offers a composable work pipeline (implement → verify → review → judge), provides code-graph intelligence for impact analysis, and requires no API keys—everything runs locally on disk. Installation takes five minutes via pipx, and the project is open source under MIT license.
