mcptoon is a zero-config CLI router for managing MCP tools and agent skills without context flooding. It works natively with 103+ coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Cline, and others) by acting as a terminal router instead of a background daemon. The tool compresses MCP tool context from 71,929 to 581 tokens and skill context from 926k to 39 tokens using on-demand schema discovery and offline BM25 matching. Built entirely in Python using only the standard library with zero external dependencies.
