MatchWise

MatchWise is a recruitment platform designed for HR teams, headhunters, and agencies to filter candidates using artificial intelligence. It automatically extracts information from CVs, evaluates candidate-job fit based on skills and experience, and generates match scores to prioritize profiles. The platform organizes the entire hiring process in one place with visual pipelines, structured evaluations, and interview feedback forms.

The system processes CVs in under 3 seconds and reduces screening time by 85%, with 94% agreement between AI scoring and human reviewers. MatchWise supports 20+ languages and emphasizes human control—AI provides better information for faster decisions rather than making hiring choices automatically. The maker says it was built with Lovable.
