L Harness is an open-source CRM for managing LINE Official Accounts, enabling businesses to handle friend management, segmented messaging, forms, reservations, and automation on their own Cloudflare infrastructure. The software itself is free; users pay only for LINE's messaging fees and Cloudflare usage. It's built with TypeScript on Cloudflare Workers and D1, and supports extensions via MCP Server and TypeScript SDK.
