Visit qr.jim.sh ↗What is Jim's TrueType QR Code Font?
A TrueType/OpenType font that converts bracketed text into QR codes through font shaping rules, with no separate image generation needed. Simply wrap text in square brackets, apply the font, and the QR code renders automatically. The encoded data remains as ordinary characters that can be copied, pasted, or stored as plain text.
Three font variants support different data capacities: QR Font 1-L for up to 17 characters, QR Font 2-L for up to 32, and QR Font 3-L for up to 53. Text outside brackets displays normally. The creator reports building this with assistance from multiple AI coding tools including Claude, GPT, and Gemini.
