ITOps Agent Platform

ITOps Agent Platform is an open-source, self-hosted system for automating IT operations workflows. It coordinates multiple AI agents to handle alert diagnosis, automated remediation, compliance checks, and change management across infrastructure. The platform features drag-and-drop workflow orchestration, human-in-the-loop approval gates, interactive SSH terminals, and real-time progress tracking via WebSocket.

Designed for SREs, DevOps teams, and IT departments managing on-premises infrastructure, it integrates with Prometheus, Zabbix, and other monitoring systems. The project describes itself as built with React 18, Node.js/Express, SQLite, and Socket.io, supporting multiple LLM providers including OpenAI, DeepSeek, and local models. It deploys via Docker in under five minutes and encrypts all data with AES-256-GCM.
