Gortex
Code intelligence engine that indexes repos into graphs for AI coding agents
Visit gortex.dev ↗What is Gortex?
Gortex analyzes your codebase and builds an in-memory knowledge graph, then exposes it to AI coding agents via MCP, HTTP, and a web UI. Instead of agents repeatedly reading files to understand code structure, a single graph query provides callers, callees, imports, and blast radius information. This reduces token usage by up to 50× per response.
The tool supports 257 languages through tree-sitter parsing and compiler-grade resolution for major languages. It works with 19 AI coding agents including Claude Code, Cursor, and Windsurf as a single static binary on macOS, Linux, and Windows. Features include live editor overlays, speculative edits, dataflow analysis, and clone detection.
