forge-harness
Meta harness for Claude Code that embeds project rules and quality gates
Visit chrono-meta.github.io ↗What is forge-harness?
Forge-harness (FH) is a framework that runs on Claude Code to bundle project rules, gates, and memory into a cohesive system. Instead of repeating instructions to your agent, you embed them in the project itself. FH converts brief intentions into rules and code, producing artifacts that become harnesses for other projects.
The tool provides four main entry points: project mapping to integrate existing repos, an incubator to decide whether to create new projects, acceleration and diagnostics for mapped projects, and cross-project synergy detection. It includes quality gates that catch issues before merge, with typed verdicts (PASS, PENDING, BLOCKED, ESCALATE) rather than vague feedback. The maker says it was built with Claude Code.
