Flow-Next

Flow-Next is a workflow orchestration tool designed to run inside coding agents like Claude Code and Cursor. It takes unstructured requests—bug reports, feature ideas, performance issues—and automatically routes them through configurable pipelines with staged verification. Each stage involves a different model family reviewing handovers, live QA testing against the running app, and evidence collection before opening a pull request.

The tool helps teams maintain code quality and consistency when using AI agents for development. Instead of agents working unsupervised, Flow-Next enforces gates at each step: specification review, code review, automated testing, and QA validation. Every completed task includes a receipt documenting what was verified, making it easier to audit and merge changes with confidence.
