EZTest

EZTest is a lightweight test management platform designed for QA and engineering teams to organize test cases, executions, and results in a single self-hosted environment. It supports both manual and automated testing, with features for test planning, execution tracking, defect management, and end-to-end traceability across the testing lifecycle. The platform includes bulk import capabilities, role-based access control, and runs efficiently on minimal hardware.

Built with Next.js and React, EZTest offers an alternative to commercial tools by providing full source code access for customization. The makers used Claude Code to develop the platform, aiming to eliminate expensive per-user subscription models common in test management software.
