Domain Experts
Open source library of job-role definitions for AI agents
Visit domainexperts.dev ↗What is Domain Experts?
Domain Experts is an open-source library that encodes the actual reasoning patterns, decision rules, and edge cases of real practitioners into structured skill files that AI agents can load and apply. Instead of generic prompts like "act as a lawyer," agents access verified role definitions with specific thresholds, worked examples, and fallback strategies—ensuring consistent, expert-level reasoning across tasks.
The library includes 956+ roles across design, engineering, finance, healthcare, legal, marketing, and other domains. Each role is validated through adversarial critique and measured against real practitioners' public decisions. Agents can install skills via npm and use them in Claude Code, Cursor, and 30+ compatible tools.
