Council of High Intelligence
Multi-persona deliberation skill for structured decision-making
Visit nyk.dev ↗What is Council of High Intelligence?
Council of High Intelligence is an open-source skill pack that brings structured deliberation to decision-making workflows. It assigns complex questions to 18 distinct analytical personas, preserves their independent positions, and surfaces disagreement and unresolved tensions rather than forcing consensus. The tool works across Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, and OpenCode.
Designed for decisions with material downside, competing values, or incomplete evidence, it helps teams move beyond single-model confidence. Users can convene the full council, run a faster three-person panel, or conduct a two-member dialectic debate. The maker built it with Claude Code.
