codex-profiles is a dependency-free Bash CLI that lets developers manage multiple named Codex profiles on a single machine. Each profile maps to its own Codex home directory and, on macOS, opens ChatGPT windows with separate local state. It's designed for developers juggling personal, work, school, or client projects who want to keep authentication and session data isolated without manually swapping tokens.
The tool runs Codex-only commands with a named home or launches full ChatGPT windows with matching state. It includes safe config cloning, read-only diagnostics, and works on macOS and Linux with no external dependencies beyond Bash.
