AI Resume Tailor is a web app that rewrites your resume to match specific job postings and beat applicant tracking systems. Upload your experience once, paste a job description, and the AI generates a tailored, ATS-optimized PDF in about 90 seconds. The tool analyzes job requirements, prioritizes relevant experience, and rewrites bullet points to match recruiter keywords.
Built for job seekers frustrated with generic resumes being rejected before human review, it uses AI agents to research companies, extract role requirements, and produce structured outputs. The maker says it was built with Subconscious AI agents, which handle reasoning, web research, and resume generation in one API call.
